Deposite & Cancellation Policy 

Every trip requires a $250.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required to reserve date of booking. This does not include rescheduling do to weather conditions. If the weather forecast is predicting unsafe weather conditions your trip can be moved to a better available date. If you choose to cancel your trip, or do not call to reschedule within 14 days of your trip deposits will be forfeited.  All deposites and remaining balances can be paid via credit card, venmo, paypal, or cash.

                       

 

   TERMS AND AGREEMENT

 I acknowledge that the $250.00 deposit is non refundable. My trip may be rescheduled, within 14 days before my trip or deposit will be forfeited. I also understand that my trip may be rescheduled do to unsafe weather conditions.

I acknowledge that all members who intend to fish that are 16 years or older will purchase a Louisiana fishing license prior to the trip. 

 

I acknowledge that if I, or someone in my party, has consumed too much alcohol and has becomes a danger, the trip will be cut short and my money will not be refunded.

I acknowledge that the $250.00 deposit must be received before the available date of my choosing can be held.

I acknowledge that Game Changer Bowfishing is not liable for lost of personal property or injury do to party's negligence. Any damages caused to the boat or equipment do to guest's recklessness will be held liable.
